I
had the opportunity to use the new demo diskette with Lykes Brothers
Steamship in New Orleans. We had briefly introduced them to BDF
during an Enterprise Engineering pitch earlier in the month.
They expressed a great deal of interest and we followed up with
the demo diskette rather than a return trip. It worked great!
They showed the demo diskette to their executive committee during
a technology briefing, and gained approval to purchase 3 copies
of the BDF. We got the $22,500 order yesterday.

He
constantly goes the extra mile in performing his job. Everyone
has work that's needed yesterday, and he is terrific about getting
it done! He is a consummate team player, and a treasure for the
Texas Instruments Software Division. I wish all TISD personnel
were of this caliber! He is a role model for all TISD Marketing!

The
quality was excellent and the attention to detail was great.
These items helped give the club extra pizzazz! Everything was
a big hit.
The Directory especially will be a memoir that many will keep
for a long time. The special slides were certainly the hit of
the opening meeting. They really added to that feeling of special
recognition.

Script

Thank
you very much for your prompt and creative work on the skit to
deliver our IEF message at the upcoming Sun Big Bang marketing
event in early April in San Francisco.
The script has been turned over to the Hollywood production company
and will begin to be revised to meet the exact time that they
need.
In case you haven't shown it to others, I believe it is an interesting
way of delivering a message.
You did an excellent job with all of the dialog. Appreciate the
way you helped deliver our IEF messages to the crowds in this
unique way -- it will be seen by several thousand people.

I
work in IEF documentation, so it was great fun to see the IEF
represented so succinctly. Whoever did it deserves special kudos.
My hat's off to the group responsible. They did a great job of
explaining the IEF.

I
want to thank you for all your efforts in helping me show off
your IEF demo diskette to EDS.
You
will be happy to know that EDS was very impressed and plans on
using this to show many of their customers and prospects.
One of the IEF projects, TOPPS, is planning on having it available
for their customers to access during their next Users Group (this
is probably a good idea for us too).

I
wanted to send you a note thanking you for your great marketing
support recently. The presentations you have built for us are the
best we have seen in years from Dallas. These have been used many
times with excellent customer feedback. This is the way to fine
tune marketing collateral and presentations.
Thanks for keeping us in the game. |

An
excellent job in producing a top quality, first ever 'Professional
Services Show' in time for the May Users Group Conference
even working weekends to complete the show on time.
Although
there was limited input from Services for the show initially,
initiative and creative abilities were used to produce the first
draft of the material. This prompted us to better understand,
and provide the input needed to produce the show.
You did a tremendous job and the services management team was
impressed with the deliverables. It was a pleasure to work with
the creator due to the enthusiasm and dedication he has for his
work.
