Thanks
for your support, the demo was a real hit. On Wednesday afternoon,
Vice Presidents Del Whitaker, Dan Reynolds and much of the other
MSP management team came to see our demonstrations. They were
very impressed with the work you've done for us.
The graphics are great, visuals are excellent, and the whole project
has a very professional look.Again, thank you for all of the work
you've done, and for meeting the very aggressive schedules.
Your ability to take ownership of the project, and to deliver
on the schedules required, is a great service to MSP. As always,
I look forward to our next project!

Thought
I'd send you a quick note....the presentation you did for me for
Asia Symposium is a REAL HIT.
Lot's of good comments; lot's of compliments; lot's of people
saying 'how in the world did you do all that?!? Must've cost a
fortune!!'
I told them that I didn't know what we paid you so I couldn't
say whether it cost a fortune or not, but that the presentation
was the work of PowerPoint...and a very talented computer graphics
and communications guy....YOU!
I really appreciate the time and personal energy you put into
this. I think it will get a lot of 'reuse' (which was our goal)
and reflects well on both you and our communications messages
that we both used to weave this story together. Thanks again!
Doug,
I understand you have an offer from Steven Spielberg! Excellent
job, thanks for the great support.
I
wanted to pass along my appreciation to the entire Asia/Japanese
teams as well the US/Euro folks who supported the DSPS Symposium.
Getting
in front of 1,400 engineers in such a short period of time with
our latest DSPS ideas and products is tremendous.
It is exciting to see the energy of the regional management highly
focused on creating awareness which in turn drives the design
win future. This is truly the regional role.

Thank
you for creating the outstanding multimedia presentation for Harry's
speech. As a result, Harry did a great job communicating the 1394
key messages, as well as DSPS messages. Several hundred people
were present, all of whom seemed to enjoy it. Many people remarked
how nice it was to hear an upbeat keynote and how much they liked
the futuristic vision of 1394 that Harry described with your presentation.

You
performed another miracle this week by taking our existing slides
and new art from the Analog Design Contest ad to created a self-running
display that will be used at the Analog Conference next week.
Your creativity and cost effective approach to multimedia presentations
came through again. I think we need to be looking for more ways
to use this cost effective medium. |

Thanks
for the wonderful images in the GraphicShop. The GraphicShop
is a real good collection of color photos. It is very helpful
indeed to make foils more interesting. Please keep me copied on
any updates or new PDF files. Thanks and appreciation.
Our
GraphicShop site captured 3 out of the top 5 most downloaded
slots in February. Month after month, this site has worked wonders
toward saving TI hundreds of thousands of dollars by avoiding
the need to create new graphics. Are we good or what?
The
SCG GraphicShop Site, located on the SC Group Sales & Marketing
Home Page under 'Resources' is paying its way big time. The site
is a collection of more than 300 photos and illustrations put
together by SCG Creative Services.
In
October and November, the files in this site were the 'Top Downloaded
Files' of any on the SC Marketing and Sales Intranet Server. Cost
avoidance made possible by the use of existing photos and graphics
over the two-month period is estimated as being as high as $1.1
million. That's if you assume each downloaded photo or graphic
was used thus avoiding having to take a new photo or create a
new illustration/graphic.
Even if you reduce the usage by half, the annualized savings would
be more than $6 million. And if only one of every ten downloaded
graphics ends up being used, the annual savings would still amount
to more than
$1.3 million.
